Wedge Pond in Kananskis Country, Alberta is a popular place for hiking, fishing, kayaking and relaxing, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. A visit in autumn features the changing colours of the larch trees lining the lake, and the golden colour of the alpenglow on the mountain peaks. The serenity of a sunrise visit provides incredible reflections of the mountains and trees in the placid water.
